How IT WORKS
///////////////////////
Every athlete we take on goes through the same honest process. Here is what it looks like from first contact to signed advisement.
We do not take on every athlete who comes to us. Our process is built to make sure APX Advisors is the right fit for your athlete, and that your athlete is the right fit for us. It starts with a conversation and a genuine evaluation, not a sales pitch.
Here is how it works.
PHASE ONE
FIRST CONTACT AND EVALUATION
Every relationship starts one of three ways. A family reaches out because they are interested. An athlete gets scouted and identified by our team. Or a prospect completes our prospect form.
From there, we go to work. Our advisors research the player to understand where they stand, what level they are competing at, and whether they would genuinely benefit from what APX Advisors offers. We are evaluating both skill and fit. If we do not believe our services would move the needle for your athlete, we will tell you. If we see the potential and the fit is right, we move to Phase Two.
PHASE TWO
The Sit-Down Meeting
This is where it gets real. We schedule a meeting with the player and the family together, in person or virtually depending on location. This conversation is where we get to know your athlete, understand their goals, and lay out honestly what working with APX Advisors would look like for them specifically.
Both sides ask questions. Both sides make sure the fit is right. By the end of this meeting, everyone understands the plan and agrees on terms.
PHASE THREE
Sign, Seal, and Begin Advisement
Once both parties agree on terms, we make it official. From that point forward, your athlete is an APX Advisors client with everything that comes with it. Development planning, exposure strategy, league and program placement, academic guidance, our full partner network, and an advisor who is fully invested in their journey.
This is where the real work begins.
